Eligibility
An affiliated or included licensed Early Learning Center (Birth–5) is part of the published eligibility rule.
Early learning and K-12 require separate applications.
Fees and process
Published application, verification, and annual maintenance amounts.
ELC application
$400 Standard / $500 Expedited.
K-12 application
$1,000 flat rate.
Verification
ELC verification is based on license capacity. K-12 verification is $300 per grade level.
Annual maintenance
Annual report plus active FACCM Membership. $350 ELC, $150 K-12, $500 combined annually.
Validity
K-12 accreditation remains valid while Early Learning Accreditation is active.
